My first time buying from here via phone. I purchased a hoagie tray for after a funeral service at a friend's house, at pretty much last minute. I had trouble finding the place too. My cell went crazy, and it froze. I couldn't pick up the food on time. To make matters worse each time they tried to reach me ,well my cell wouldn't allow me to answer the call either. Eventually, we managed to connect, and the staff was incredibly understanding. They were super helpful and provided directions over the phone when I realized I was headed in the wrong direction. One piece of advice for the owners: it would be great if you could get a bigger, illuminated sign.

Ordered a sharp Italian... Roll was hard as a rock and the meat wasn't fresh. Also ordered 1/2 of pound of potatoes salad and rice pudding. I was charged $4.19 for each, however when I returned home I noticed the sticker showed $3.50 for each? Also, the rice pudding sell by date was actually today. It was soupy and tasted nasty. Primos used to be the go to place to get a good hoagie, now, not so much. Very disappointed! This order was made on the GrubHub app and I picked it up!
Collingswood Primo has always been my favorite Unfortunately We ordered a late lunch and the meat was almost non existent.....I hate to leave a bad review but I would also hate for them to close down.The prices have gone up and the sandwich is definitely getting smaller

I've never had a Primo hoagie where I felt shortchanged on meat, but that was my experience with the Italian hoagie I ordered from the Collingswood location. This time, the lettuce was the standout ingredient instead of the meat. I placed my order through Uber Eats.
I find Primo hoagies to be dry and their rolls are not my thing. That said a lot of people like them and they're a good option. Also their catering service is great for an in office luncheon.
Super quick service, came to pick up two subs without ordering ahead and was still in an out in less than 10 minutes. Delicious sandwiches and will definitely come by again.
Forgot many (4) things (which they did redeliver) in the order AND made my sandwich wrong to boot. It was just a disappointing effort today, folks.

This is definitely my go-to spot for hoagies, especially their ham and cheese El Diablo.
