it's a past since I last visited primo, maybe a year, maybe two. there are so many new places that are opened in leeds, at the moment it is easy to forget or to put old favorites aside. primo’s has experienced a renovation and a menu reapamp quite recently and it is quite different from the original primo’s I remember. don't worry that they still do great hot dogs.

Primo’s point of difference is its sausages. Rather than using homogenous, pasty, pale imitations of sausages Primo’s searches out the real deal and offers the diner a choice of bratwurst, a beef frankfurter, Lincolnshire, bockwurst or chorizo. I found my Utah a little bit on the sweet side...

Delicious (and big) hot dogs. The chilli cheese is a must. Promos is also in one of the best spots in Leeds, under the domed roof of the Corn Exchange.

I don't go to the Corn Exchange frequently, but when I do, I usually try to plan it around a mealtime so I can dine at Primo's.
I have just rekindled my love for this restaurant after being indifferent towards it for quite some time.
