I first heard about this place from a friend who knew I love a good fish fry. She told me to trust her, that I would love it. When I walked in, I did think it was a dive for old-timers, but I was pleasantly surprised. The fish fry is huge - they have to break it in half to fit it in a standard takeout box! Steak night is always a hit, and the bartenders remember your name and usual order. On Tuesdays, they have Taco Tuesday (my favorite is the shrimp, and yes, you can mix and match!) and trivia night. I've been for drinks and also for dinner with my family, including the kids. It's a family-friendly atmosphere until around 9pm. The kids always ask if we can go to the pub for fish frys every...

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We went to see the band and have a light dinner, but after being there for about 90 minutes, the waiter had not even acknowledged us. It seemed as though he was intentionally avoiding us. I eventually had to go to the bar to get our own drinks and we ended up leaving without eating, so unfortunately we cannot comment on the food. While we understand that restaurants may have staffing issues, it was frustrating to see the waiter attend to other tables multiple times while completely ignoring us.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The hospitality was superb, and we especially appreciated the option of dining in the back room for a more intimate experience with our small group. We will definitely be returning in the future. A big thank you to Bill and his team for making our visit so enjoyable!

After having dinner in East Rochester, my family and I decided to stop by this bar. It was a lovely, peaceful place, perfect for conversation. They had a diverse range of alcoholic beverages to choose from. The bar itself was well-decorated with elegant displays and good lighting. The staff were friendly and attentive, checking in on us regularly.

I have consistently encountered rude and disrespectful staff at this restaurant. Each visit leaves me genuinely surprised at the poor treatment I receive. The food quality is below average and the overall experience is disappointing. This establishment falls short, even by East Rochester standards.

The fire truck department unnecessarily blares its sirens with the lights on in the middle of the night at 3:30am, disturbing people's sleep and waking them up almost every night. It is disgusting and unnecessary.

This is my preferred bar! It is the best place in town to relax and unwind, the staff treat you like family, and the venue is always clean and secure.
