What a pleasant evening I had here with family in January at the beginning of the New Year, on a Saturday night! Never met such and polite front of house staff before. And even the way they treated us, very family oriented and full of respect. There was a huge variety of wonderful choices full of flavour and spice. The people at prince of India were really attentive to giving you a great meal out with excellent food and warm, friendly service. We enjoyed a range of starters and a mix of mains including the famous dish of Birmingham, Chicken tikka Balti. I have ordered from this restaurant a few times through Just Eat. The manager usually delivers to us and always asks about my family. He is very friendly and helpful. The food is always top quality and when it arrives, it feels like it's just been served to you at the table. I would highly recommend this place for any occasion and will definitely continue to order from them. I give them a 5-star rating and cannot find any faults with this place at all.
The meal was outstanding and so was the service. Everything tasted fantastic, especially the real lamb and vegetables, including mushrooms which are not commonly used in other restaurants. This has become my new favorite place, and I will definitely be bringing a small party along. I was pleased to hear that we can bring our own drinks, even though they are licensed and have a bar. The restaurant is now under new management, but the interior equipment has been recently updated by the owners. The food I ordered was of good quality and remained perfectly hot when I brought it home to eat. The new staff is very friendly and younger than the previous tired crew, ensuring that customers receive the correct food they ordered. I would recommend this place to all my curry-loving friends. On a rainy Tuesday night, my party of seven was looking for a place to eat. We decided to try the almost deserted Prince of India, where we were warmly welcomed. The service was fantastic, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented - not a single dish was left unfinished. Overall, we had a great evening and the prices were very reasonable. Very quiet when we went. I am wondering why? The food was excellent as was the hospitality. Small but that allowed for personal service. We have used this place several times for take away meals so we decided to drop in and try the real thing. We were impressed by both the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff serving. We will return!
