Over a year since visiting Ledbury. We don't live so far away and have always enjoyed our visits, so decided on a browse and pub lunch would be a nice treat, as we had a day's break. The atmosphere and place was very nice clean, interesting with helpful and friendly staff. The beer was excellent. So disappointed in the food though. We had jumbo cod and chips, which definitely wasn't jumbo! The batter was terrible and hardly any fish inside massively overcooked too. Chips were OK and tartar sauce and so on, but it was a very poor and left a bad taste in our mouths and bad feeling, as we reflected afterwards that we should have mentioned our disappointment. Don't think you should advertise Fish on Friday as a special thing unless it is at least slightly special. (it ruined our day a little :0( Hopefully you will improve this, as it is very nice in other ways.

Fantastic family and friends meal with our boys. Went for lunch with friends. Had 3 boys under 7 with us. Food was fantastic with clean plates all round. Had a range of meals from Sunday roast, curry, venison pie, fish finger sandwich and Scampi. Puddings were also really nice. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was great value. Nice atmosphere and good service. Thank you very much!

We stopped in for a drink while staying in Ledbury. Small quaint pub serving quite a few ales and lagers. Some gins but not the mainstream ones. Interesting to see but limited space to sit. It serves food as well but we didn’t try it

Smashing pub, cosy, warm, well organised pub with the best selection of beer and cider in Ledbury. Had food in the past and that was excellent.

Great pub food (pies) and beer at a reasonable price. Just a good honest pub. We had the pies which were all good.
