Print Works Bistro

I debated whether to even leave this review, but I'm going to go ahead and do it so others can be advised. Print Works is a place that we have visited regularly over the years and we chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary this year. I made reservations early in the week and requested a low traffic area because it was our anniversary… under normal circumstances any table would be fine with us. When we were seated, we were placed in the center of the seating area right next to the servers station… I would consider this probably the highest traffic table there was in the restaurant. I have never experienced such slow service with only a third of the restaurant occupied. We waited 20 minutes without any drinks, and there was a long delay in getting refills. It took 25 minutes before we were able to place our order, and even our coffee was not refilled. However, the food was good and there were no issues with it. I do not think it is fair to pay $200 for such poor service. It is disappointing.

The dining room is lovely and the service is good, but the Easter breakfast was disappointing. The cinnamon rolls were undercooked and inedible, and the beignets were terrible and not fresh. The powdered eggs were a big no for me. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as the food was shockingly bad.

Waiter was nice but did not come back to the table much. Was never asked offered to order appetizers which we wanted. We would have ordered more drinks if he would have come over to check on us. Not the service we typically receive. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was amazing! I’ve eaten there before and it was great. Our server was a little inappropriate with a question of what we did for a living! I didn’t appreciate the question but other than that service was great!

This restaurant is the perfect spot for a birthday celebration dinner! The delicious food, excellent service, and beautiful ambiance make it a truly unforgettable experience.
