Resturant setting and views were fabulous, nice relaxed atmosphere. Service! Staff was not listening, asked for a alcoholic cocktail and a none alcoholic drink arrived! Asked to see the desert wine menu and the wine waiter arrived with bottle and glass! I did again ask to read the choices and choose! Food, we chose the 6 course 160chf surprise menu, most course were very good but the beef ( main ) was rare to the eye but the very sharpe knife given was really struggling to slice the meat , very chewy, not good!! That course was wasted. Disappointed that the waiter didn't comment when collecting the plates, just whipped them away. Also disappointed in the desert,which was pink greatfruit sorbet, was hopping for a luxury desert to finish with. Eaten at several mitchlin star restaurants before in England and this was the most disappointing experience yet . The hotel itself was very good standard in cleanses and maintenance.

The hotel is wonderful of course but the brunch is really nothing special. For 95 you would expect more. The whole concept is slightly funny/weird: first you are served bread and jam, a bit of ham, cheese etc as you would expect for breackfast, then...you get salty dishes such as scallops or Vitello tonnato. During the salty dishes, the bread and jam is still on your table, so I wonder whether the idea is to eat the 2 mini scallops with bread and nutella?Unfortunately the dishes were extremely small and full of sauces (like mayonnaise). Quite greasy and we both felt terrible for the whole sunday afterwards. Of course the quality itself is ok, but considering the beauty and standing of this hotel and wonderful brunch/lunches you can have at other places, it was underwhelming The rest is all fine such as service and the beautiful view!

Ate Christmas dinner here with my wife. We had the 5 course surprise menu. Enjoyed every course, especially the lobster tail. Great combinations of tastes and colors and a real treat in every respect. The service was very attentive and friendly. The ambiance great.Our dinner was spoiled by small kids. There were 3 small kids a table next to us. From screaming around to continuously kicking the table legs with their feet to running around (and falling over), they did it all. And neither the parents nor the staff asked them to be quiet.I don't think they should allow small kids here. Especially not if their parents don't care how they behave

As a 1 Michelin star Restaurant, it really did prove itself to be delicious, chic and experimental. The lunch service was impeccable, the menu was good, the Food came out lovely and I like high cuisine because the small portions let you have space for the Dessert.Lovely interior and view onto the lake, even though a bit limited. Unfortunately Focus, a 2 Michelin star Restaurant with a better view was closed for renovation during our visit. Th place and Hotel itself are beautiful, the views are mindblowign and it is great to finish the meal at the tables next to the lake if the weather is good.

I visited this hotel for the spa experience and it was spectacular. the hotel has an infinity pool in the interior with fantastic views of the lake and the mountains. the spa was excellent with comfortable places to relax and wonderful massage therapists. the ground. very nice and the terrace restaurant had a great view and good food.
