PRISMA - Reserva de mesa

Das Hotel liegt an einem traumhaften Plätzchen. Allerdings bin ich es anderes gewohnt, was Service angeht. Wir waren zu zweit zum brunchen vorbeigekommen. Ein stolzer Preis von 95CHF lässt gutes erahnen. Das der Brunch untypisch in Gängen serviert wurde, hatten wir gelesen, das es sich dabei um ein festes Menü handelt, ahnte ich nicht. Trotz allem war das Essen gut. Der Service hing da ziemlich hinterher. Eine kurze Einführung in den Ablauf und das sich drinnen ein kleiner Teil befindet, wäre vorab gut gewesen. Ich hätte gern mein Rührei warm gegessen und wäre um kurze Nachfrage froh gewesen, wann das kommen darf. Und nicht mitten im süssen Teil, den man grade geniesst. Unser Wasser hatte ir...

Das Ambiente und die Aussicht direkt am See nicht zu übertreffen, was sich natürlich auch auf dem Preis auswirkt, und darf. Der Genuss wird durch einen unkoordinierten nicht ausreichend für diese Klasse geschulten Service deutlich gemindert. Vitello Tonnato für 28 CHF war wirklich eine Vorspeisen Portion, bei der ich den Tonnato sehr vermisst habe. 2EL einer aber sehr feinen Sosse zierten das wenige Fleisch. 3 der feinen Minibrötchen wurden nicht aufgefüllt und das dazugehörige Olivenöl erst bei Nachfrage geliefert. Kaum legten wir das Besteck ab wurde alles inclusive Tischsets abgeräumt. Ob Gäste noch ein Dessert oder Weiteres wollen ist nicht vorgesehen? Öl und Brot verblieben alleine auf...

Resturant setting and views were fabulous, nice relaxed atmosphere. Service! Staff was not listening, asked for a alcoholic cocktail and a none alcoholic drink arrived! Asked to see the desert wine menu and the wine waiter arrived with bottle and glass! I did again ask to read the choices and choose! Food, we chose the 6 course 160chf surprise menu, most course were very good but the beef ( main ) was rare to the eye but the very sharpe knife given was really struggling to slice the meat , very chewy, not good!! That course was wasted. Disappointed that the waiter didn't comment when collecting the plates, just whipped them away. Also disappointed in the desert,which was pink greatfruit sorb...

we visited the park hotel for lunch on a slightly boring day, but still very pleasant warm day. before lunch we took a fast boat trip on lac lusanne completely with champagne trying to drink it while we travel with 35 knots! on our return we have. a table directly on the seaside, where we enjoyed an exceptional and relaxed lunch. the service was quietly efficient without pushing us on any way. we could have stayed there all afternoon, which would not have been a problem for the staff. a great time overall, but would recommend that the booking is reasonable. We had a wonderful lunch at the Park Hotel. The restaurant setting by the Lake Lucerne is magnificent - spectacular view amid a meticulous garden / ground. We found the service impeccable. We ordered Argentine shrimps for two and got a dozen of very large shrimps very well seasoned and grilled -absolutely delicious.While we did not stay at the Park Hotel, we found this hotel ambience, location, décor and service absolute superb. While pricey, it is definitely the place to stay on the beautiful shore of Lake Lucerne.

during our stay in the early year we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace. eating was always nice and service also. depending on the person who the guests, we have a very nice table with the children or we do not. know why we have a less pleasant table, also with the reservation requested. the one has made this twice and for the next arriving guests he even arranged a table on the seaside, although they had no reservation. p.s, when we returned in summer, he was very friendly and helpful.

Завтраки там, это отдельный кулинарный шедевр. Очень рекомендуем:

1. Хашбраун с желтой лососевой икрой
2. Копченый дикий шотландский лосось с блинами
3. Scrambled eggs с местными травами
4. И на десерт просто БЕСПОДОБНЫЕ оладья с кленовым сиропом. 100% вы никогда не ели таких оладий, как делает местный мишленовский шеф. Легкие, немного хрустящие. 5. И Вафли с клубникой

nachdem wir am 1. August 2016 auf der See-Terrasse fantastisch gegessen hatten wollten wir am Karfreitag einen 2. Versuch starten, der uns leider enttäuschte, das Fisch-/Meerfrüchte Menü entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen (obwohl preislich lag es um das Doppelte unseres 1.
