We recently had the opportunity to dine at Prizreni Restaurant but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. From the start, the starter, a cheese and chorizo bread, was extremely hard, almost as hard as a stone. Then for the main course we opted for the Qoftes, but the meat had an unpleasant taste and was very fatty, although the sauce was ok. The dessert, the 3 milk, unfortunately failed to raise the standard, as it lacked flavor. Additionally, we were surprised and disappointed when the waiter came to demand payment even though we had not yet finished our meal, which we felt was disrespectful. In short, this first and last visit unfortunately does not leave us with good memorie...
Arrived and had the only plate available at the time, (around 10pm) which cost around 27CHF, apparently it was supposed to have a bit of everything, but the portion was smaller than I expected. Service was poor waitress seems like she couldn't care less if she served me or not, the food tasted okay. The place was hard to find as Google sent me through some back alleys and I arrived through the back entrance. Reservation for 13 people. Fast service and wonderful food. Family atmosphere with very nice employees. To visit Balkan cuisine I recommend this restaurant.
