I was meeting a friend in Waterbury and, OF COURSE, I made it a lunch date. I hadn 't been in Waterbury in actual YEARS. I mean, sure, I live just an hour south (an hour 's drive is nothing when you live in Vermont we don 't have what you would call density here...in population or businesses , but there 's really no reason for me to go to Waterbury. But it was a Wednesday and I was going to Waterbury and looking for a lunch spot that: (1 served alcohol; and (2 stayed open past 2 or 3 in case we were there a while. We stopped by for lunch and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and explained everything as soon as we arrived (order at the bar and seating is first come, first served). We tried the chopped pork sandwich and the mushroom Rachel sandwich (essentially a Ruben with mushrooms), along with a pickle plate—all of it was delicious. For drinks, I had the Eden cider, and my partner chose the vanilla bean porter. We loved the porter so much that we decided to take home a 32oz crowler can! I would highly recommend visiting this place!

We stopped on our way to Burlington after a friend recommended it. We are so glad we stopped! The Beer was really good- I tried a couple of IPAs and they were all good. My husband tried a variety and really enjoyed them all. The bbq was delicious- tried the pulled pork- Smokey and sweet. Tried the brisket- very tender and flavorful. The staff was helpful. It was one of our favorite restaurants on our weekend getaway to Burlington. We will be back!

This charming little lunch spot is a great find. You order at the counter and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. We tried the pork nachos and had some beer, but the highlight of our meal was definitely the jalapeño margarita. The nachos featured a sweeter pork and sauce than what we're accustomed to in Texas, but they were quite tasty. The portion is sizable enough for two people to share. Reserva una mesa ahora

Fantastic BBQ with an outstanding variety of sauces. The cocktails are amazing—be sure to try the agave! The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, with a down-to-earth vibe. Don't forget to take a look at the smokers on the side of the building. That's all I need to say!

The food was fantastic! The ribs and brisket were among the best we've ever tasted. The atmosphere was cool, and the service was excellent. The cornbread and macaroni and cheese were absolutely delicious!
