Pronto Italiano Pizzeria

Wonderful evening. Booked to come here with my son to have a proper catch up. We have had delivery in the past when Pronto was over in Deepcut, but hadn't yet got round to coming to the restaurant. Greeted warmly at the door, and seated immediately. The food was excellent. I had pizza and my son had pasta, and we both had tiramisu. (He had wanted banoffee pie, but they were out of it must be good! After we had finished eating, we sat chatting for a little longer. The chef came out to ask how our food had been, which was actually lovely, and something I have never experienced in any other restaurant. After deciding to support a local business in light of my mothers birthday, we were terribly disappointed with our local Italian restaurants service and attitude. Upon arriving we were promptly forgotten about… We waited over twenty minutes for the drinks request, following an HOUR wait for the waiter to request our food order after asking twice to order food. The drinks came; flat coke in a half full pint glass. The interactions with members of staff were dry and lifeless, with little enthusiasm. It’s a real shame that a local business would be so effortless, would highly discourage anyone visiting.

We recently celebrated a 50th birthday here with a party of eight, and it was fantastic. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was bright and inviting, and the service was outstanding. The prices are competitive and definitely worth it. They even decorated with balloons and provided a large banoffee cream cake made on-site. We highly recommend this restaurant; it’s now our new favorite spot!

What a wonderful restaurant! Food was delicious and delivered in generous portion sizes. They also had a good gluten-free menu. Prices were decent and well worth it. The only observation I would make is that parking can be a little difficult. But it is definitely worth a visit Reserva una mesa ahora

Pronto Italiano is a hidden gem of a restaurant in an otherwise bland high street. The decor inside is very authentic and the atmosphere was cosy. The service was first class! The food we had was amazing and the wine equally so! We'll definitely be coming back!!

This charming little Italian restaurant offers a delightful experience. The staff is friendly, the menu is diverse, and the food is delicious, served at the perfect pace with just the right amount of time between visits from the servers.

We really enjoyed our main course; however, the garlic bread was a bit dry. On the plus side, the chef was very friendly and personally served our dishes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
