Never, ever will I forget this experience. The food was excellent, and everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. There was plenty to eat, which was great. However, the service was lacking. The pub was quite large and seemed overwhelmed with families, so it's understandable that they might struggle with maintaining standards. It felt like they either didn't have enough staff or weren't sufficiently organized. There were delays in taking our orders and between courses, but on the bright side, it allowed our family to spend quality time together — although that felt more like a fortunate by-product rather than a deliberate effort on their part. Came on Saturday for our second visit. Booked using the app, easy and quick. On arrival we were seated quickly and although the room was big it felt intimate and cosy. We had three courses and they were all delicious! Michael (our waiter) was fantastic, attentive without hovering. For two people the bill was under £70 Drinks included. Looking forward to the next visit!
I visited Nags Head recently and found the starter, main course, and dessert to be fantastic. I was so impressed that I had the opportunity to meet the chefs. A young man named Callum was in charge of my starter, while Harlie prepared my main dish, and a woman named Kerry made my dessert. A big thank you to the chefs for their hard work!
Excellent service for out group of 30 people's. So the food was served on time, piping hot, we were waited upon by an excellent team member who ensured we were all topped up. Highly recommended for individuals, small groups and large groups.

eat and a few drinks. all employees were beautiful and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I cooked the jäger chicken carvings by brand and it was impeccable! would recommend everyone after a top scrub!
Had 3 course Sunday lunch. Food was delicious, fresh, hot plentiful. Service was excellent staff were friendly efficient. Restaurant is lovely with tables well spaced relaxed environment
