Limited English, no food and slow service. On top of that the drink prices are a high (I can understand the imports, but for local brews?! and there were almost no customers.

It's a place where you can drink a good beer and relax. To break a crust, it's surprising and pretty nice and hearty. And the atmosphere is very friendly.
