Food was good but the service was horrible. After waiting about 45 minutes for a table we ordered our drinks and 2 of our requests didn't arrive until after we reminded our waiter, almost everyone else at our table was done with their original drinks by then , that's how long it took. We placed our food order which took about another 40 minutes to get. We never got our appetizer and our son was left without his order for additional 20 minutes. I ended up giving him my plate and when they brought out his order it was a cheeseburger...we had ordered plantains and beans. When we got the bill they had charged us for the appetizer we never actually got to which our waitress said we would still need to pay (card) and we would be refunded in cash because they can't modify the order? Very strange. The taste of the food was good , I truly wish their service was better that would have made our experience much more pleasant.

Yesterday (Sunday 09.18.2022) came here my third time. came for brunch with my mother and my brother's father in law, who's Guatemalan. We had eggs, platanos, frijolitos, queso fresco, a little longaniza and steak, and a order of the molletes. Steak was a little dry, but everything else was good. Guate coffee is probably some of the best in the world. Owners and employees are all very friendly. The server that works our table was Daniel. My second time yesterday was to meet him. Just like he used to be attentive and professional. A real Food Service Pro! Daniel has a refined and real service. There was also live marimba. Band played at 12:00. Finally, but not least, the art displayed in this restaurant is worth coming out? photographed and wood-based. The attached photos are the artworks of Raul Monterroso. You don't need arrest. His artistry speaks for itself.

My wife and I saw the reviews here and thought what the ass? Drove from Phoenix AZ to CA. We must say that we were definitely not disappointed. Hospitality and service was amazing. The food was excellent. The experience was amazing. We're definitely going back. Not to say good things. We loved it and look forward to making our next trip back. Thank you to our server for being so nice. Great kisses to the restaurant!!

It was a wonderful experience, the food was fresh and delicious. Good service and well clean. They have a variety of traditional foods Chapina. I really recommend this place.
