I ordered eggs Benedict with no meat and it arrived with ham. They took it back to the kitchen and clearly just took the ham off. The eggs were almost well done, even after the server asked me if medium runny was ok. The Hollandaise was nearly broken. My bf ordered avocado toast. They were out of multigrain bread, on a Thursday at 11am so regular white bread it was. The thing was slathered in onions. All this with two coffees and a side of fruit (a small bowl for $6.95) with tax and tip totalled $61. Go to one of the many other options in Moncton instead.

it was our first and last time in ür simple on the mountain road! they said that our online order would be ready about 12:52. sat around 1:05 and was told the order, was not ready yet. at 1:35 my friend called to know if our order was ready. they said to check on the website of skipping the teller or the door pocket. he told them we ordered on their website, but they've already hung up. So I went in and finally our job was done. eating was cold, our two koleslaws were missing. we asked for more and they were also missing. very disappointed!

Eating is great, but the atmosphere is terrible. the chic are really good, these are my Go-to articles. but I can't get back because it's too loud and echo-y. if they suffer from migraine or are easily vulnerable, they will want to skip this place. all places of this restaurant suffer from the same thing. large industrial style cover with absolutely no sound damping. especially if it's busy, they find that they have to speak quite loudly, just to talk to the person next to or from them. good eating pampered by a terrible atmosphere.

We ordered some meals from the mountain rd location this morning. Skip the dishes delivered it promptly, but when we opened it up, we were missing a complete meal. We called the location and they were very apologetic. They asked our address and brought it over in their own vehicle with freshly squeezed orange juice and and extra side of ham. Very nice little surprise. Very impressed with the service. Thank you very much!!!!

was already often at this place and today was the worst service we had. it was 10 minutes waiting. they took my number and said they were writing. 25 minutes later I went to check and they wrote my number wrong. we were served and got our food. the waiter said they would refill our water and coffee. they never came back until they brought our bill for which we had to ask another employee.

I just wanted to thank Pur Simple for another amazing breakfast today. This was my second time at the new Bayer’s lake location and I have to say the food was amazing. Also I have to mention our server Emma, she was was fantastic and looked after all of our needs. I definitely would recommend this place for its great atmosphere, great food and great service.

My wife and I split each other's selections because it's simply too hard to pick one thing. The skillets are amazing and pairing this savory item with the strawberry banana crepe with hazelnut was a great combination. The mango smoothie was also delicious.

The guy who works every morning we have ever been there is amazing. Not sure his name but he is the best in town! Thank you for the great service always.
