Took my wife to puerto for a romantic dinner on Saturday night, it was our first time as we were passing by and googled what was the best rated restaurant in the area. Such an amazing place, decor is absolutely stunning and ambience was great ( very busy ). We ordered the garlic prawns and scallops to start with followed by lamb shoulder and the wet rice. Our waitress was lovely and took very good care of us. First starter ( the prawns ) were amazing however the scallops never came to the table. The manager came to the table to ask how was our dinning experience going so we told him that we had been waiting for about 20 minutes for the scallops to arrived. When on dinner with my Girlfriend and as I hear about this place so much. So can't stop my self to visit my self ,venue is beautifully situated with ceiling to floor windows which give the diner a sense of spaciousness, but the marina view from the restaurent was the top attractive and fell you like heaven, i was seeting outdoor wbich is a perfect place for couples.The service is first class, as are the specialist spanish restaurant. The décor and ambience of Puerto was terrific, with plenty of room between tables allowing a level of privacy. That said, in a half full restaurant sitting next to a table of 6 loud speakers was a little intrusive. Service was excellent, very attentive and good timing between courses; for us it was a tapas with 8 different pieces. Our Spanish waiter was appropriately friendly and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The introductory (complimentary) bread and dipping oil was a lovely surprise and of really good quality. Wine is a bit expensive but of good quality. So, while food is reasonably priced, be aware that your drinks will balloon the bill very quickly.

Went there for one Sunday night dinner! Paella took 1 1/2 hours and was dreadful! My family have been to Barcelona, Madrid and other arts of Spain and had delicious paella but as my daughter said, Nandos Paella is better! More to the point , no apology from the manager and still had to pay $60 for this awful dish! Waitress was lovely and was so embarrassed I felt sorry for her! They also forgot several parts of our order, all in all a terrible experience- and the manager claimed the chef was from Barcelona! Never again! Puerto is not only an amazing place for a lunch or dinner by the water but an incredible venue for a special occasion. On Saturday night we celebrated my daughters 21st birthday with family and friends - 80+ at Puerto. The food was amazing, the service was outstanding, the location was perfect and we have not stopped receiving calls and texts from everyone about how impressed they were. The event was superbly managed by Diego. I cannot recommend Puerto highly enough and thank them so much for making Chloe's Birthday so special and a night to remember. Make a point to call in if you are in the area for beautiful waterfront dining - you won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic dinner at Puerto. It was a Sunday night so it was quiet without being empty. We liked the unusual decor and for a big resturant it feels very cosy.We had the smoked salmon and prawns to start. Both had amazing flavour. I had the crab and spanish rice for main. It was a bit messy as I'd never broken crab claws before but it was delicious. My partner had the beef cheek which he enjoyed though he wished it was a larger portion.We shared the lemon sorbet with rhubarb and the churros served with chocolate sauce for dessert. The service was fast and friendly and we will definitely be back in the future.

Another memorable experience at Puerto.I invited a friend of mine this time (a great chef) and he was very impressed with the food and the service.We tried few tapas from the new menu and shared a main course: duck leg Madrid style..served with chorizo, chick peas and morcilla. What an incredible main.Churros to finish. All courses were perfectly matched with elegant cocktails and a bottle of Toro Wine.What else to say:Once again, can't wait to be back.Gracias Diego and Blake.

Have dined here on 2 occasions. One for an intimate lunch with my husband and the second time with my whole family. We sat at the large wooden table it was perfect. The foods is amazing and the attention from the wait staff is excellent. Will come back again and again. Thanks for a great restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora

We have visited with other friends on three occasions and have not been disappointed. Quality is top draw, excellent service every time, great drinks, and an awesome atmosphere - our favourite place to dine in the Patterson Lakes area.

We went to Puetro for my father birthday and we were so happy with their service and cuisines. i can highly recommend the Black Paella. Having been to Spain myself i found the food the be very authentic!
