Horrible experience at the pulp Willoughby location today. Customer service is everything to me and what I overheard between a customer and the employees of the location is unacceptable. I don’t know the back story if there’s any but it seemed as if the employees ganged up on the customer and refused to service her. They were accusing her of smthn and she kept denying saying they were mistaken. Their attitude and tone towards that customer was uncalled for and unacceptable. After witnessing this incident I will not be returning and spending my money where my ppl are not wanted.

First customer here and they are not bad! Cashier was helpful with her recommendations and could answer questions I had. Place was nice and clean, atmosphere was friendly. I'd go back there.

Customer service was great because it was my first time so the suggestions offered in which I love. I'll definitely be back since I made a detox. I got a juice and it took my hunger.

Great smoothies. Always great service. Just a little too expensive for a smoothie in my opinion. Although, I'll still enjoy one. Just because they're really good.
