The beautiful ambience in Punjab ensures a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. In summer you can sit comfortably outside. The food is freshly prepared and of very high quality, not to compare with the Indian around the corner. It's almost all homemade, like the traditional Indian fresh cheese. Having been often at India I have been impressed by the offered quality of dishes especially the Tandoori dishes. But also the vegetarian dishes can be recommended. Even dishes are milder it´s a good chance to enjoy spirit of India at Karlsruhe
my worst experience. we visited this restaurant without reservation. we asked the dame at the theke if she had a place for us. she cut grims and gave us a table. it was not necessary to make faces. she could have said no directly instead.
Punjab team is really friendly and customer oriented. Indian food quality is the best in Karlsruhe. Restaurant ambiance, services, is absolutely flawless. Really recommendable.

the eating in the punjab was an absolute highlight . the alu channa masala has a variety of flavors and the roti the best I have eaten in Europe. highly recommended.
