Punto - Reserva de mesa

My love for punto for over 25 years has gone. Absolutely shocking food and awful service. The staff are rude and definitely require customer service training. The food was shockingly tasteless and the portions are half what they used to be. I visited a few months ago and had a similar experience and thought surely this is a one off. Second disappointing experience and I have no desire to return. I gave my feedback and was told the manager is on holiday. Zero apology for the catalogue of disasters and was met with smirks from staff that alleged their knowledge of the English language was a block. After decades of excellent food service they have managed to run the place into the ground.

Nice staff, nice food and very nice athmosphere. I would recommend definetly. The manager is nice and very friendly. All the staff make you feel confortable and the food is delicious. The food is amazing and the plates are super detailed. Everything is perfect and we always come here for our dinner even if is far away from our house.

Booked a table of 6, they accomodated quickly on one of their comfortable round booths! Exquisite food, fantastic menu, kids very happy with their choises from kids menu! 100% will be back!

Very enjoyable. This is the second time in a month that we have visited.decor washrooms are all good f a very high standard. Good quality food genuine Italian at a very fair price

Went to Punto's for a 30th birthday, the staff was very attentive so service was very good and there was so much variety of food and it was delicious. I will defiantly go again.

Proper good pizza and pasta. Had the steak which was better than I had in sardinia. Service is great, felt comfortable. Banging cocktails!
