During my initial visit to Pur Simple in the fall of 2019, I was thoroughly impressed with both the staff and the food. However, upon returning for subsequent meals, I noticed a decline in both quality. Today, I ordered the Fried Chicken Eggs Benedict, but unfortunately, the eggs arrived cold and rubbery. Our server was absent, so another staff member took the dish back for us. The restaurant was a lovely, spacious venue buzzing with activity on a Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere was lively and modern, with pleasant background music that wasn't overwhelming—ideal for conversation! I couldn't resist taking photos of our omelettes, which were not only enormous but beautifully presented. I found mine to be far more than I could finish, and I estimated it to be around 1200 calories (a bit much for one sitting for me!). However, our server mentioned it was actually 1,056 calories, and I took the leftovers home. We arrived in the late morning and learned there would be a wait of about 15 minutes for a table for four. We provided our cell phone number for a text notification and waited in the car. To our surprise, just five minutes later, we received a text saying our table was ready. Once seated, we ordered our food and drinks. The drinks arrived almost immediately, and the food came out in what felt like just minutes. The quality of the food was exceptional—everything was excellent. Dining at Pur and Simple is truly an experience beyond just a typical breakfast. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and we certainly have our preferred servers! The food is delightful, and any issues that come up are swiftly addressed. I really appreciate being able to make a reservation without having to enter the restaurant. It genuinely feels like a special outing. My only small complaint is the noise level, but given all the other fantastic qualities, I can easily overlook that!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant today. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly and seated by the fantastic host, Brandon, whose friendly and accommodating demeanor was a true asset to the place. Our server, Ashley, promptly brought our drinks and took our orders. When the food arrived, it was plentiful, hot, and incredibly tasty—we couldn't have asked for anything better. We will definitely be coming back!

On the positive side, the home fries were cooked perfectly, the portions were reasonable, and their crepes are excellent. I also appreciate the healthy options, as well as the smoothies and spiked coffees or mimosas for those in the mood for a drink. Overall, it’s worth a visit. In the picture, you can see the country-style crepe, two eggs with bacon, and the fried chicken Benedict, all of which were quite tasty.

I've always enjoyed the food at this restaurant, but it's been some time since my last visit. To my surprise, they've completely taken baked beans off the menu. Because of this change, I'm uncertain if I'll come back. Additionally, Treehouse was playing on two out of three TVs, even with no children present, which made for a rather odd atmosphere. The food was outstanding, and our server provided excellent service. However, I was taken aback by the host who seated us, as he made some unflattering remarks about a competitor. Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience!

The restaurant is wonderfully bright and welcoming. The menu features a diverse range of choices, and the food is truly exceptional! I enjoyed the best Eggs Benedict I've ever had, which is a bold statement!
