The manager should be willing to take on their responsibilities; a manager must first be a good leader. They should not react with anger or respond poorly to customers. It's important to remember that the customer is always right. I found her behavior to be quite rude. If they utilized the large table properly, they could attract more customers. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had in Bay Harbor. Professionalism should come first.

Buyer beware!!! The girls at register have a scam. They charge you 15% service charge before the machine asks you if you want to leave a tip. Note they don't serve you, they just take the food to your table so you don't wait at the counter. I even asked why it was so much and they started fumbling. They were not planning on giving me a receipt so i would not see the scam.

One of the best spots to unwind and relax. The service is outstanding. Stephanie is the best barista—always friendly and cheerful! The ingredients are fresh, and the staff is consistently attentive and welcoming. Whenever I visit Miami, I make it a point to stop by every day for their delicious offerings. I highly recommend it!

Mediocre quality of food. Staff pretty clueless which goes in tune with the manager lady who seems to be checking that her nails are perfect more than checking on customers. After i had told her i have been waiting for 25 minutes for a cappuccino, she said they are working on it now as if everything is ok. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great healthy food... Everything was fresh just had a little disappointment wanted to order a dessert but as soon as I saw a fly flying over the sweets kinda turned my stomach. I informed a worker but blew me off didn't even acknowledge. Protect the sweets no flies please.

I come here for breakfast/lunch almost thee times a week since I live nearby. I am not sure why other reviewers suggest there is bad service but I have never had a bad experience here. The food and coffee are excellent.

place it very nice and peaceful. I tried Tuna sandwich and a welcome to miami smoothies. it was delicious, but os a place to breakfast or snack, menu is more about sandwiches packaging and salads.
