Me and a group of friends were here last Friday night 10/06/2023 our waitress walked by our table 27 times yes we made a game out of counting after a while and she never once asked anybody at our table if they needed anything!!! We constantly had to go to the main bartender Who is super cool and highly professional to get our cocktails, when I brought it to her attention now...... I want you to know I never raise my voice, I never swore at her, I just brought it to her attention that she had been by our table multiple times She's serve the table right next to us a couple times but never ask us if we needed anything. She seem to be hiding out from servicing most customers. Which I'm sure cost the bar between $300 to $400 for the night because of her lack of want to do her job!! Once I brought it to her attention she got very upset ran to the main bartender and demanded that he to kick us out of the bar and never allow us in the bar again....which I found very strange because all I did was ask her why she wasn't serving us i'm hoping by writing this review the owner of the bar will school her on customer service or fire her because she's losing the bar money and she doesn't seem to understand customer service at all me and my friends and follower won't go back here because of her!!! I'm usually a very good tipper, tipping the wait staff a minimum of $40-$100 per night. This girl was working in the room with the big screen TV that has a view of the band she was on duty from eight till we left around midnight hopefully she gets the counseling she needs or she gets a job she can understand and treat people kind from now on the owner of the bar doesn't need to lose that kind of revenue because he hired the wrong person.

Everything we ordered was hot and tasted as expected. Standard bar fare, we ordered appetizers and I hadn't had breaded mushrooms in forever and they were tasty. Service was good. The place is crowded and loud though so only go if you can handle that.

Might be a great place if you're friends with the employees. If it's your first time coming in, good luck getting decent service. The whole place is like showing up to a high school party you weren't invited to.

waiter staff good...prompt service in regards meal horrible...have waited over an hour for sandwich...not good!!!...still havent received sandwich...

Great food! Fun place to watch the game. You can bring the family too! Also lots of nostalgic video games and pinball.
