Chef Pham has taken staple Vietnamese food and carefully refined each offering to have a fine balance of flavours and textures without feeling pretentious. Many dishes are intended for sharing and it would be ideal to go with a few friends to get the full dining experience. Pricing is modest and you wont have to worry about breaking the bank.

If you wanted to try something different other than your typical bowl of pho, you HAVE to visit pure. We had the char siu buns and the bo luc lac (shaking beef) both so amazing. The service was also spot on!
