I regularly order from here due to food allergies and usually the pizza comes late and I just deal with it but the lack of apology/understanding from the staff is overwhelming. I was LAUGHED AT when I called to ask when my pizza was arriving...(took 4 phone calls to get through to them). Ordered pizza at 18.50 and pizza did not arrive until 20:45pm. Shocking service with no help at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I have also had to wait 10 days for someone to get back in touch with me about it (despite phone calls and messaged on the Instagram account since they never reply to anything else). seriously one of the best pizzas in edinburgh and the fact that it is healthy, makes them feel much less guilty (always still tastes legit asf.) customer service is top notch, had a problem with a code and got a text back within minutes (with...in thought it was about 10 o'clock.) there are always offers available to recommend to the price break the first

we love nkd pizzas they are so fresh, great selection of toppings . normally much too, which means they are excellent worth. definitiw the best take pizza in edinburgh. we usually get sides that are also great. friendly service...definitatively recommended go try!

I've been a regular customer of NKD Pizza for a year now. Mostly wanting to review to counteract some negative disinformation from other reviews. They've always had great pizzas and great deals and I've never had a delivery late. Really worth while checking out! Reserva una mesa ahora

Didn't arrive on time, I suppose I can forgive them this as it's a bit of a drive of cycle (didn't look like the guy cycled though). But average pizza after I'd heard great things, still ate though (it's pizza) great but not brilliant.

I ordered several deliveries from nkd when I wanted to admit, and I was never disappointed. always really tasty and a good choice, they can't go wrong here. in contrast to some that I bought from here really tastes like fresh food.

Have ordered a few times from NKD Pizza now and absolutley love it!! I alwasy order the Gluten Free option and its amazing and so tasty! I highly recommend. Also the normal bass is great to ! Also you can get great deals online!!

nkd pizza is 100% the best pizza, does not make you feel terrible after eating and seems that little healthier by the granular basic. also the chicken pliers are incredible. would recommend over pizza hut and dominos every day! Reserva una mesa ahora

The food arrived quickly, the staff were really kind and helpful. They were all super friendly. The pepperoni pizza was delicious! Doughballs were also really nice if a little spicy for me.

Ordered via uber eats at 5.30pm its now 7.30pm and still not received my order. Tried contacting the restaurant but their phone is off, call won't go through. Don't order here.
