This past weekend, my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to an early dinner at the Puritan Backroom, and I can confidently say it was an experience to remember! We opted to sit at the bar, and right from the start, we were warmly welcomed by our server, Tyler. His friendly demeanor created an inviting atmosphere, not just for us but for everyone around. Tyler consistently checked in on us—between drinks, while we placed our food order, and even after we finished eating. His kindness and professionalism made our dining experience feel special. I recently dined at the Puritan Backroom in Manchester, NH, and had a wonderful experience. Both my friend and I ordered chicken and salad, and the portions were generous, just as they’ve always been. The restaurant has a rich history in the Manchester NH location. Despite the passage of time, they’ve managed to preserve much of the original charm—both in the decor and their recipes. The inside feels nostalgic, with very little change, and yet it never fails to attract a happy crowd. It's clear why this place is always busy. If you’re looking for hearty meals and a classic dining experience, you won’t de disappointed.

My first time here! My boyfriend, a Concord native, highly suggested the broiled chicken tenders in the special sauce. They were great! Awesome burgers too, especially the BBQ burger. Fresh mashed potatoes!! Our server, Kaiti, was exceptional.

Most people love this place. Chicken fingers are good but my stomach hurts every time. And so does my husband's. We come here for ice cream. Tastes good, but wish they had some picnic tables.

Favorite dining room in the area. Open and comfy. Take out and ice cream are all delicious. Great portion to cost. Vote for tenders
