Faultless. The staff were just amazing. So friendly, happy and attentive. Something you rarely see nowadays. The pub decor is lovely and my plate was squeaky clean after a perfecto carvery. The only niggle I had (and I'm being picky is an espresso is the same price as a latte/ cappuccino/ flat white but great coffee and the rest of the experience we had definitely made up for it! Will be back :

Just returned from a lovely lunch here with a friend. The service is always good, efficient but friendly. Yana gave great service as did Marc on our last visit. He surprisingly remembered us from last time.The food was delicious and the key lime pie is to die for.

On Wednesday, May 2nd, I celebrated my 18th birthday with a family meal. The food was excellent, and the service was great as well. I've been visiting The Puss in Boots for many years, and I've never had a complaint. The changes they've made are wonderful!

my man I made yesterday a Sunday dinner. carvery salat plate was excellent for money. large selection of well cooked meat, lots of fresh salad. all staff so friendly very helpful. beautiful atmosphere. well done, thank you

Went in on Friday 13th, 2018 and am currently having to use a zimmerframe the staff were so helpful and friendly! Especially Jacqui, who couldn’t do enough to look after me and my friends! Thank you!
