Qdoba Mexican Eats

Been eating here for years without complaint. Rice not even cooked through and crunchy. very disappointed in freshness of burrito bowl. Last two visits have been difficult. Run by teens today with no concept of customer service. Taylor Swift blasting VERY LOUDLY on repeat with no concern for customers, playing over the radio in the lobby. It's great to have fun where you work, but when people are dining in your facility, you need to be more aware of their experience. Someone has to be in charge. Someone to assure freshness of the product and ensure a tolerable climate to dine. Where was the responsible adult today?

Totally empty place. One kid at duty, he has no interest in service. At 7.35 pm on 3/5/2024 all veggies were empty and he kept arguing about definition of veggies bowl. I have no idea why Qdoba is running this location and westing lease money only to ruin reputation. I know service in USA in general is down and Seattle area/ west coast is leader in poor attitude but still it bothers me. Please close the location. Please teach your staff elsewhere what not to do

Apparently I’m not the only one that thinks this lady who works there has a terrible attitude. I get food from this location for at least a couple times a week. It’s my treat and save me time. Unfortunately I won’t be coming in if I see her working there. I don’t want to talk to her. I do not deserve to be treated like that. Awful person to work with.

Stopped in for a quick bite on my way home from work. Staff were friendly and quick. The portion size was good
