Qdoba Mexican Eats

I had the worst experience at Qdoba today. The majority of the employees were incredibly rude and unpleasant, making the atmosphere more akin to a prison cafeteria rather than a normal restaurant. I received a poorly wrapped burrito with sauces leaking from both sides. When I asked if they could rewrap it to prevent further leaks, a young black woman rudely informed me that I would have to pay extra for an additional tortilla. I was taken aback by her unprofessional behavior. Fortunately, another employee intervened and fixed the situation by packing the burrito with an extra tortilla.

I placed an order online but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was informed that my order had been refunded, along with five other people who had also shown up at the same time. I was given a printout of my order and had to wait in a long line even though they had just made the order. I waited for 30 minutes in line before finally receiving my order, one hour after I arrived.

I arrived at the restaurant at 4pm and noticed that some of the toppings on the line needed to be stirred. Despite this, my chicken bowl had delicious and flavorful chicken. Be sure to bring your own straw as the restaurant does not provide any.

This is the worst Qdoba I have ever visited. The staff and manager were rude, there were random upcharges for items I have never been charged extra for before, and the toppings looked stale. I will never dine at this restaurant again.

Avoid eating here. The service is poor, the food is mediocre, and the atmosphere is terrible. Save your time and money by going somewhere else.
