I ordered my lunch ahead of time and I arrived earlier than my pickup time so I decided to have a seat while the employee helped another customer out. While customer number one walked out anotherwalked in and was picking up as well. Customer number two runs to the bathroom. So I let the employee know I was picking up aswell. Q doba Norwalk ruined our catering event. Sharing so no one else experiences this. I placed a catering order with one of the supervisors on Friday for a Saturday private event for food to be delivered between 2:30 and 2:45 pm. Provided my credit cardinfo. Saturday 2:45 pm as guests are arriving I reach out and Supervisor on duty informs me they will not deliver the order. Said they called my number. Checked caller id and no calls from anyone on my logs. We asked if they could deliver even smallamount and the answer was negative. Received a half hearted apology, but apologies do not feed guests. Great food and drink selection, and staff are very nice. All sorts of toppings and ingredients you can choose from to make you own burrito or anything else from their list of food options for lunch or dinner. Very great place to get lunch or dinner andhave it prepared fast. Lots of seating is also available inside.
Fresh food and 20x better than Chipotle. From the New York area and i loved when Qdoba existed in NY. Cheap prices fresh food and and the staff was very friendly. It's a must try and not your typical fast food quality. The food is so fresh and thedifferent dishes make a unique Mexican eatery

I paid $14 for a birria burrito and it was about 98% beans and rice, 1% meat, and 1% my other toppings. Very much not worth the price because of how it was made
The Mexican street corn was quite tangy and sour, which wasn't what I was expecting. I was hoping for something more savory and ended up not liking it at all.
Great food, like every other Qdoba. The service here was a notch above most other food places. The manager was extremely kind and helpful.
Why is the Create Your Own Burrito shaped and sized like a can of chicken soup? It was 75% rice and only 25% of everything else.
