Qdoba Mexican Eats

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and they were out of chicken so I was forced to pay more for steak. The girl forgot to put the paper on the grille when grilling the quesadilla so it all stuck and fell apart and had to be remade not a big deal everyone makes mistakes but No one told me it had to be remade I just watched them do it and when remaking it they did not check with me what was in it and they forgot some of the things I had originally ordered. After standing and waiting for my food it was not grilled enough and just fell apart immediately and I couldn?t even hold it ??

Bought a drink because of the heat and it was one of the most easiest purchases I?ve ever made. Employee was able to get me in and out within seconds. I have had their bowls too and everything always tastes so good when I go. Also, so clean and organized! These employees work so hard especially with it being so hot out, kudos to them. Definitely will be back to this location.

Ordered a burrito bowl with guacamole through the app and it came with a big piece of avacado! I can?t understand how they missed this! Wife?s order was also sloppily prepared: sides were missing, the lid wasn?t closed properly and no spoons in the bag. Food tasted ok, but overall a disappointing experience.

Charged me for my salsa to be on the side. I like to pour my own salsa on my bowl and had to pay extra for it. Just ridiculous. Then I questioned it and they explained if I didn?t get a tiny bit then I have to be charged. What is the difference if it?s on the side or on the bowl?

Tried their Family menu! Food was filling. Chicken was crunchy! Queso with chips was mouthwatering! 5 star for food but front desk denied the free chips under my rewards account. Regular customer take a note not all of things in rewards can?t be redeemed at store.

Had a catering order fall through with another restaurant. The staff here pulled off a miracle saved a birthday party! Thank you, kind humans! Great tasting food as well!

Charged $4 for extra rice beans on my burrito. Since when?? Oh and they don't pull the stickers off of the produce before they cut them?
