Qdoba Mexican Eats

Hi I was at the Highway K location on Saturday and I had an amazing service experience with Jasmine and the manager at the same time. Jasmine made my order exactly as I asked and was very friendly and ready to serve me and my daughter. The manager was telling me about the meats she had prepared and how good all the food was with a beautiful smile. I appreciated this experience so very much so I will go back today. Thanks you guys!

Show the worst Qdoba. They're scaring my online order almost every time. Today I was surprised with sour cream over my whole order, although I did not choose it because I am lactose intolerant. And now I get these inedible pieces in my side of Guacamole. Don't waste your money at this point. Trust me.

The chips were stale, the tea was weak and weird tasting, the burrito was good but didn't have much chicken and it wasn't mixed the greatest. I hope this was an off day. The employees seemed to have lots of time to goof off and chitchat for so many tables to be dirty too.

Love the food. Sanitation is an issue. Server's scooped food with their gloved hands. Not with spoons their gloved hands. Used same gloved hands to touch a multitude of other things including money. No glove changing. Yuck.

I almost never write reviews, but my God, It is almost a scam, how much I was accused and how little food I received. My bowl was 1/4 full. I just saw her use half a spoon for the chicken. I hear myself again
