I've ordered online from this location three times recently. Each time my order has been at least half an hour late, and the order has never even been remotely correct. For tonight's meal, we ordered corn tortillas because my son cannot have flourtortillas. His 3 taco meal arrived with one corn tortilla and two flour tortillas. When we asked them to correct it, the staffmember said that they were out of corn tortillas, and his manager told him to make the last two tacos with flour tortillas(which my son cannot eat). I went to this location on Monday over an hour before they closed, but they were already set up as though the store was just about to close. It took ten minutes for either person working to acknowledge my girlfriend and I once we got to the front of theline. One was working on a mobile order and fixing the printer, and the other woman working was eating chips. Neither made eyecontact with us or said anything for the whole time while we were waiting. They didn't have any guacamole and both of our steakbowls were thoroughly cold upon receipt. Thankfully we got the food to-go, so we could plan on microwaving it at home.
Tried to give them a second chance tonight but walked in, was ignored by staff for 5 minutes standing in line while one other customer was being served. One employee has earbuds in and was not paying attention to anyone else, two others were having aconversation between themselves and one was standing idly at the register. Management at this location is severely lacking (atleast in the evening) and should probably be reviewed Incredibly slow service. The line was to the door and they continuedto have people wait whist making other orders. There were also many visible flies in the kitchen area.
I went there in a hurry to eat with my kids. Asked for a bowl and a burrito. My kid hurt his teeth because the white rice was so hard, I touched it and my daughters was hard as a rock as well. The chicken on my burrito was burned that all I could taste wasthe smoke. When I went to get it replaced she showed me how bad the rice was and she still had gave me that. I could see thebrown rice has been there for a while also. It was definitely a bad experience compared to other locations.

I enjoy the pork bowls at this restaurant and usually opt for a small size. However, this time I decided to get a large bowl for leftovers. Unfortunately, it didn't seem as full as I expected. Additionally, the server was a bit confused as she was serving another customer while taking my order, but after I mentioned it, another server took over and understood my order.
The hours online said they closed at 10. The hours on the door closed at 10. I walked in at 9:34, joined the relatively short line, but was told to leave because they closed at 9:30, but just couldn 't lock the door yet. I don 't know why, maybe they had a legitimate reason, but it wasn 't an apparent one. Generally the food at Qdoba is okay.
Despite the fact that the employees seemed overworked and likely underpaid, my visit to the restaurant was satisfactory. Despite only having two people working and a long line out the door, as well as a significant number of online orders, they were able to handle everything quickly and with great attitudes. I regret not getting their names.
Recently I have started working at Walgreens which is just up the street from you guys ?. I come here for lunch just about everyday the customer service is amazing the food is amazing it?s never dirty and if it?s busy they get there rush out in adecent time. My food has NEVER been old or cold and that I will forever be appreciative of

Ordered online for pick up. They had my order ready to go. There was one mistake (I ordered a burrito but got a bowl) but they quickly fixed it and I was happily on my way!
This was our first visit to this restaurant. The food was delicious and consistent with other restaurants in the chain.
