Qdoba Mexican Grill

I recently made one the best decisions of my life. I choose to eat at this fine restaurant. To start the experience, when you step in the front door you are greeted with the smells of authentic Mexican food. And photographs that set the abundance of a traditional Mexican villa. As my family and I ordered the workers were splendid. They made sure our food was made with the same care and love that a home-cooked meal by your abuela would be made with. These workers took time out of there day to give the four year old child that was accompany us a free cookie. This made this child's day as she is a extremely picky eater. I forgot how good this place is. Staff was friendly and attentive, food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The fresh red onion and cilantro really made the chicken nacho bowl tasty; sad they don’t have fresh cut limes because the nachos were missing a little bit of acid, but I was offered some lime vinaigrette that I’ll have to try next time. I think either the owner or manager was there and he made a point of greeting me when I entered, telling me it’d just be a moment when I was waiting to order, and giving me fifty napkins when I dropped mine all over the floor. Pretty bad compared to other qdoba. They wrap the burritos poorly, the chip were unbelievably stale and gross. Won't be coming back. I also got sick after eating the burrito but I'm unsure if it's related.

It took forever to get my meal. I’ve been waited over an hour for just 2 burritos. They only served dine-in customers and asked mobile order customers to wait. Crazy!

Arguably the best “fast food” in Bothell. Service is great and friendly, food is fresh, and plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions.
