The service at HQ Valparaiso-GO was terrible, which made me not return. Today, 03/11, I decided to give it another chance, and as for the service, it was better. However, the chicken was terrible, tasting like old fat and looking like old fat. It is disrespectful to the consumer for a franchise like this to offer such quality food. Two dishes were ordered, one had the wrong side dish and the other was missing and one even had raw chicken, the guaraná soda was strange. The place seemed chaotic, the cashier was kind and polite. I ordered a combo of 1 soda and two pastries whose price was 16.99... When I paid they said 17.99. When complaining about the difference, I was informed that zero soda was 1 real more expensive than regular soda! I had never seen that.
