the one meal we got was delicious, so it's really delicious. the service was indescribable, however, when it comes to the mind rude and even contestable. 45 minutes later we asked where the second was and we were told that we could not order two in any case, although we did. no excuse, no correction. twenty minutes later we asked if it would come, and the waiter said roughly out of the head: "Maybe ten, twenty minutes." a very full restaurant. very good location. that was in order. burger was prepared in order. it was juicy, but covered with ketchup after I had not asked for a ketchup. they have fixed the problem quickly. two men ordered steaks next to me and they were wrongly prepared. after they had informed the waitress, they had 2 new steaks in approx. 5 minutes properly prepared. eating was quite cheap, but the service was so lala. After we had waited 15 minutes, our waitress came back and we directed her attention to our empty glasses. it is not a bad place to eat, but I would suggest eating if they are not so busy.
compared to other similar restaurants in ulm (l’osteria etc). was this hotel great! two of us came here to celebrate. the waiters were attentive and eating was pretty good. we came to a busy evening, but they could quickly find a table for us, and although it was full, the food came and the drinks quickly and it didn't feel like we were cramped. many possibilities to sit outside when it is a beautiful day. will definitely come back! the woofer rings were a highlight, and the chili cheese fries were particularly sharp (for Germany)!
we were in business in ulm and had such a good dinner on the first night that we came back the two following nights! ! the flame cake (flavor cake) is made with a dinkeleton crust and it was incredible! ! we tried all sorts and thought that traditional was the best, but they were all pretty good. this is a busy restaurant and we could get a table every night, but we were there early, several people who arrived later were rejected.

we sat in the lounge near the bar and thought this would speed up our drink service. it has not. we waited 10 minutes without service before I had to grab a server. the drinks just arrived slowly and despite eye contact and wave to our server it was an unacceptable waiting time until we could order our food. eating was good, nothing special, but good.
came here as a group of 6 on New Year's Day. we had all burgers of different kind and everyone enjoyed our selection. the beer was good, both the blonde and the dark sort. Although they do not have an English menu, it is easy to see that our waiter was good English and very friendly and helpful. the service was fast and efficient.
I was with a friend for lunch. although there is a steakhouse, there were many other possibilities. I had a tuna salad that was very beautiful. the portion was generous, my friend also enjoyed her eating. the personal was not rude, but would certainly not be called friendly. the prices are very reasonable.
I was here with my father and it was full of dating couples. . lol it was a great place to take a beer and eat, and it was affordable! the atmosphere was fun and nice. but actually nothing great. they recommend when they are together with their friends or their loved ones.
