Qomo Restaurant Bar

The only reason why I don 't give 5 stars to this place is because of the unpolite and unpleasant hostess (I don 't know her name but she had short blonde hair with a tattoo on one of her arms). We discovered this great restaurant during my visit to Düsseldorf, the views are amazing from the top, specially at night and the food was delicious, not to mention the cocktails that were amazing. Me and my friend arrived with no reservation on a Sunday evening around 19:45. We were told by the hostess that a table may be available around 20:30 and that we could wait at the bar (we supposed that they were waiting for the tables previously reserved since we saw some empty tables). The Rhine Tower in Düsseldorf is a well-known attraction. You can see it well from the cash registers and the media port. It is easily accessible and after the paid entry you can drive up to 168m with an elevator where you can get a great view over Düsseldorf, such as the Landtag, and the surroundings. In the upper area there is a closed 360-degree viewing platform round with safety glass, so you can walk around the tower and view the view in all possible directions. There are plenty of seats so you can keep the look and see. In addition, there is the possibility to drink something and make it cozy here. We sat and drank a beautiful Dusseldorf old and enjoyed the view. That was really great....

I cannot stress enough that this place is not safe if you're gluten free! I had contacted the restaurant in advance and they confirmed they had gluten free options. When I arrived at the restaurant and told the waiter I was gluten free he said that they don't have any gluten free dishes but can prepare some for me. However, it would be very inconvenient for them (very rude staff btw) Once my food arrived, it turned out that some dishes were not gluten free. They then asked me not to eat the gluten part of my dishes. When I told them, that this is not safe because of cross contamination, our dinner ended in a huge fight with the staff.

No! the lookout is spectacular, the organization very good, eat high-class, but with many other Japanese (many) better, but there in the price more congruent than here. one has the impression that the height of prices is more correlated with the height of the television tower than with the peak performance of the kitchen. an expired credit card despite corona (lockdowns, restrictions and infection care) and the very restricted booking window (only 2 times per day) of the restaurant is still visible in the quintent, but is not there, even if the manager is called three times. the customer is not here! Positioned high up on a rotating floor in the tower building this location offers spectacular 360° views on the city its suburbs and its further vicinity. Combined with great Asian fusion food and the restaurants stylish interior design this place guarantees for a great night out. Service started out perfectly but deteriorated slightly with time getting late. The kitchen closes at 10pm which I feel is too early when accepting dinner reservations for 8:30pm. We had a great night at Qomo and are looking forward to coming back and will happily recommend it to our friends.

An absolute must for anyone who visits Düsseldorf or should be in the city otherwise. For 9 Euro fee, the all-round view is absolutely worthwhile. The restaurant found invites you to visit and offers a good and very tasty selection.

Very unique restaurant with a rotating view of Düsseldorf. They had a separate gluten-free menu and were very knowledgeable about their food.
