First and foremost, I want to mention that this place has the absolute best Mac Cheese I have ever had in my life. With Mac Cheese being my favorite food, I can be a harsh critic when it comes to my precious Mac Cheese but holy cow!!! The food is consistently yum yum in my tum tum. Mrs. Q Mr. James go above and beyond to put out such amazing food and apart from that, excellent customer service. It’s not easy to be restauranteurs in an age where people can be so callous and difficult over miniscule things and they really do excel at treating everyone with grace and kindness. I frequent this restaurant quite a bit. Last Sunday, a gentleman fell on the floor and appeared to be unwell. I'm not certain if he was having a seizure or another type of medical emergency. A customer shouted for someone to call an ambulance, but the staff member responded with a very rude comment. She told the woman, “All y'all people in line, one of y'all call." It was incredibly insensitive and unkind the way she said it. It was both her words and her tone that were particularly off-putting.
This soul food sucks.........the service is ridiclious. The first time I went there some older lady was getting and attitude with me about your selection. Appartenlty, see no longer works there anymore. Last week, I thought let's try it again and oh my God some Chinese looking dude, who don't look you in the face and always holds his head down. The dude got upset with me bzc I asked if you have any lima beans. So I left and I will never ever support this business again.
I went in on humbug just to see! I asked a fella coming out of the restaurant how was the food? I should have read the room since he had to bags of food. But his response was really good! .I asked for sample of the string beans.. My good and his good may be two different things) the string beans hit me had flavor and were tender.. I got the neckbones and sweet potatoes plus them Strang banes!! Lol going back very soon!! Gotta sample everything to be sure lol

As a pair from Melbourne, Australia, looking for soul food, Q’s did not disappoint. My Mum and I came to Q’s off of a local recommendation after touching down in Atlanta. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was delightful, and the workers were lovely. Nothing not to like about this place.I particularly loved the rib tips and mac n cheese, and my mum loved the okra and collard greens.See you again soon (hopefully)!!Hugo and Robyn
This place is incredible! Just damn good food. I had the country fried steak with greens, Mac cheese and cornbread. All was delicious. Service was fast friendly too. It's a gem I wish we'd found sooner.
The customer service was excellent, especially from the daughter who works at the front. James also provided great service.
