"Negative for me is that it is a bit pricey for it's brand. It is an older facility. It was clean. Staff is very friendly. Large parking lot. Easily accessed. Safe area. There is breakfast. Some reviews contradict that but there was breakfast. It is not extravagant but adequate. Without a doubt I would stay here again.Rooms: 4/5"

My only critique is that the rooms could use some better ventilation as there were some questionable smells when we first checked in. However, their staff was unbelievably wonderful and accommodating throughout our stay. They were so sweet while going above and beyond to make our visit as comfortable as possible. The rooms were impeccably clean (contrary to the majority of previous reviews) and they come equipped with a small fridge. No microwave in the room, but there is a communal one that’s located in the convenience shop within the lobby. It was obvious there was work happening to the place but I went in just to check it out and ended up staying. It was the perfect fit for our family. The pool is what won us over. The game room was a nice add on. The only complaint I have is the pool sticks need new tips. It's just hard for a child to play with a nail tip. Other than that we had an amazing time. I wanted to thank Rachel for greeting me with a nice attitude and an even better prettier smile. I want to thank Dennis for being the most patient front desk attendant because my kids were in and out of the game room and the pool. I only give this place a 2 because when my father and I walked in I noticed a phone on the front desk that you need to use to call the workers(if they aren't at the desk). That is completely unprofessional and ridiculous that they expect their customers to call them up to the desk. Also on the website it says pet friendly but they're policy is that the animal has to be kept in their crate or kennel the entire time, whether you are with them or not. I have a service dog and they acted like it was a hassle checking us in.The breakfast was alright, good for something small. Dirty, run down, tired location. Stay in one of the newer hotels across town!! Room was dirty in the hidden corners. Bathroom door didn’t latch. Outside door didn’t actually lock, the latch was taped over. Tub didn’t drain, so you finish showering in 6” of standing water. Hot tub was broken. Landscaping is weeds. No outside trash can on the side of the building for dog waste. “Balcony door” opened up to a staircase/dirty interior corner of the hotel. Overall a horrible place to spend money to stay. Front desk was friendly, but we had to wait for a room to be cleaned, at 3 pm which is check-in time.
My family and I stayed here for several days ..we were initially a little worried as the first room we were put in had black mold in the bathroom..but when we let the front desk know they immediately gave us a new room and apologized for the inconvenience..All the staff and managers are friendly wonderful people! Beds are really comfy nice HOT showers and a huge bonus is the indoor mini water park! It was great for keeping my toddler busy as there is a little kids area!10 out of10 will be staying again! My only complaint is people need to pick up after their dogs
This was probably the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever been in. the bottom of the shower was partially black and what I’m assuming to be black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom due to no ventilation, disgusting couch and dirty curtains. the only positive I can say is that the mattress seemed to be new and so did the linens. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great hotel. Great staff except one. I am a weekly guest who renews my stay at midnight with Deanna who is always on top of things and a great person to talk to. Normally I would renew in the morning, but the morning person Danae is always on her phone and doesn't seem to want to do her job or help anyone. Everyone else here is great.Rooms: 5/5
This place was AMAZING for my family of 16. I let my kids roam around the very cool water park and they made a couple friends by the back of the building. This was the cleanest and most well done room we have ever seen. We felt safe and had a happy surprise when we saw how good the view was. Keep up the good work quality inn!!!Rooms: 5/5
Did not get a name but front desk lady working at nights was really nice. Rooms were great felt comfortable and clean! You do have to go to the front for a microwave use. No hot breakfast only waffles. Also sadly didn’t get our deposit back to which I believe we left our room intact. Other than that no complaints at all!Rooms: 5/5
