"I've been to Korean bbq before but my nieces who were visiting from out of state it was their first time and my first time here. Service was great...our server was new and in training but he did a great job. We had beef combo, spicy chicken and short ribs. It was plenty for 5 of us. The kimchee fried rice was delicious. It is busy and congested with parking hard to come by. We got lucky and found street parking."

High quality meat in a new, modern setting where they cook the meat for you, you don’t have to yourself. I will admit other reviews are right that the staff could be more polite and explain the items/options more, but I’m a frequent flier to Asian restaurants of all types so I already expected that to happen so I wasn’t as upset as others since I predicted and planned for that experience. We chose the Brisket (some of the best I’ve had BBQ and definitely my favorite option), the bulgogi which was also delicious, the spicy chicken (this one was so so I could have gone without because it wasn’t as crispy or seasoned as I prefer), and the jumbo shrimp (very tasty with all the chili dips and sau...

I really enjoyed all of the food that we had! The cuts were extremely fresh and tender. The kimchi fried rice and glass noodles are a must if you like spicy food! They don’t take reservations so prepared to wait. However, I didn’t give them a 5 star is because they make you feel like you have to rush and eat quickly. They cook all the food for you so you have to pace yourself according to how quickly they cook to ensure that the food doesn’t become overcooked or get cold. Near the end of your meal, the servers are all staring at you until you get up so that they can clear the table for the next set of guests. Not the most welcoming feeling. It is quite pricey so I would’ve like to enjoy the...

I waited a half hour to eat here, and oh boy was I ever not let down! The service was amazingly fast, which was great because we were in a bit of a hurry, and they grilled the various meats to perfection! Everything was very tender and tasty, particularly the penultimate beef dish we were served, beef short rib ? . That was just perfectly flavorful and juicy. To top it off, they served us cheese fondue, which was unconventional but really good. Got the #2 combo, and it was a very comfortable amount of food for two people to share

This was our first time having Korean BBQ. We are from out of state and our front desk clerk of our hotel recommended it. We are so grateful he did. The 2 hour wait time was WORTH IT! The food was amazing, we got the beef combo and did not regret it. The meat was tender and flavorful. The server cooks the meat at the table and if you've never been just ask for a quick tutorial and they will provide one. I also really enjoyed the Soju Raspberry drink, it was light and refreshing. Hands down a must in LA!
