Quay - Reserva de mesa

Hadn’t been to Quay for a good few years and came to celebrate Husbands birthday. Opted for the 10course and wow, absolutely delicious food! Usually there will be one or two courses that you think yeah that was ok, but I can honestly say every course was superb. Beautiful flavours, balanced yet full of flavour. I think my favourites were the eel and the poolish crumpets oh and the white coral ! Yes it’s expensive at $800 Including tip for two people for lunch and husband only drinking mocktails, but for a special occasion totally worth it.

A very good place for special occasion, the food portion of each course is relative small and suitable for me. Non-alcoholic drink paring is excellent. The cup for the coffee is disappointing because of the pottery, it is too hot for holding and as it has no handle, we have to wait till the coffee cooled down and became Luke warm before we can hold the cup. So if they can improve by replacing the Coffee Cup with one that at least have a small handle or to get a cotton cup cover to shield the heat from the cup, that will be great.

We're not big drinkers, so didn't order any wine with our food. My usual experience with this is being snubbed by the sommelier and/or other wait staff, but this did not happen at Quay. We were treated with respect and kindness equal to the other guests even though we did not order as much. I really enjoyed that. The view was spectacular as well. I had very high expectations coming here, and they were all met. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

obviously a very special location with view of the opernhaus. we chose the 6 course tasting menu. so much originality in these high quality. we liked the roasted pastures and the bone marrow noodles. the weinlist is expansiw with many options, some of which are surprisingly cheap (approximately $100! .very attentive service by michelle. not cheap, but a real culinary experience that you should not miss. What an absolutely amazing dining experience! Quay boasts itself in its reputation and it’s nothing to disappoint. The food is so delicate and every dish that is presented is a fine piece of art. It’s just great food from amazing produce. The wine pairing is perfectly selected to complement each dish. Definitely worthy of your next special occasion!

One of the best, most innovative restaurants I've ever been to. Quay performed on every dimension food, drink, service, atmosphere and views. Restaurants can't get much better than this.

One of the best dining experiences possible. Well deserves all the accolades. Pure theatre. Amazing food and service and looking directly onto Sydney harbour opera house and bridge!

The food was not tasty, need to introduce more flavour, seating was ok, service wasn’t to the standard, need improvement, drink was ok , expensive for what we had Reserva una mesa ahora

inventive, delicious, total artistic experience including serving ware and utensils. paired varied and surprising ingredients that blended effortlessly.

Paid awfully a lot of money for the view, but couldn’t see a thing due to the cruise.
