I had a tea last week with my aunt and it was great! Let me shape this with our high tea bar, the only place we were before was at the Grand Floridian Resort in Disney. The bar is high. Queen of Hearts lived up to our expectations! Not only was the tea itself irritating (there was about 6 I wanted to try, but settled on Yorkshire Earl Grey) the food came carefully packed and was nice itself. Queen of Hearts went beyond and beyond to put my no peach request (of course we had to choose Drepeach weekend! Lol. My partner took me here for my birthday. Unfortunately the shop itself was closed, and we were only allowed to our table and service reserved, due to COVID, but I look forward to returning when things are more open. I was super impressed with the vast array of tea goodies. The High Tea ordered, Crown Style was good. No complaints (Let 's be fair, and note that I am SUPER picky about High Tea, and love to visit the British style hotels whenever possible). For me, not a reason to return. Surprised my mother and family with Tea for Two to go boxes for Mother’s Day.Everything was very delicious and packaged up so nicely. We appreciated all the special touches squares of chocolate, floral paper napkins and a printed menu.My family are really picky eaters (especially my mother and nearly everything was devoured. We especially enjoyed the raspberry brownies, lemon lime tartlet and spinach puff pastry.I look forward to experiencing Afternoon Tea in the restaurant one day :
My daughter ordered take out afternoon tea for us for a Mothers Day treat . She said the ordering process was very efficient. The sandwiches and baked goods were all delicious and fresh and came beautifully packaged with everything we needed including tea, napkins and doilies.I would definitely use again .
We got high tea for take out and it was super cute! It says enough food for two people but it was more than enough for a snack for me, my husband, and our two very young kids. The food was packaged well and it tasted amazing! We will definitely order again and eventually do a special dine-in day.
Everything is simple, straight forward but done very well. I have tried plenty pastries around town and although they look elegant they never deliver on taste. Queen of Hearts definitely delivered on flavours and texture. For value and execution I would definitely consider this a hidden gem.
