The menu offers a wide variety of options, with a focus on pizzas and burgers. With 24 pizza choices, 7 burger options, 13 starters, salads, grills, and sides, there is something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the olives and garlic pizza bread as a starter, and found the portions to be generous and delicious. The pizzas, burgers, and salads were all well-received by our group. I personally indulged in the Calamari and Aubergine Parmigiana, both of which were excellent. However, the sirloin steak I ordered during our third visit was a bit tough and chewy, not quite up to par with the rest of the meal. We had a lovely evening. Our second one here with different sets of friends. One couple who had never visited. The other hadn't been for years. All very impressed with the food, service and lovely set out. A lovely cosy traditional pub but with plenty of outside areas including lovely garden. The food is delicious and well priced. We live in nearby Petersfield but increasingly find it difficult to rely on getting a meal due to very random opening times and last minute changes to food service. Definitely worth a 25 minute walk to Sheet where The Queen's Head have nailed it.

Ordered goats cheese starter only to be told 30 minutes later it wasn’t available. Had a sirloin steak main. Website indicated it would be char grilled .. it wasn’t . Just pan fried grilled. Ordered rare it was medium at Best. Sent it back. Manager didn’t come back to my table. When I paid I asked him what chef said and he responded that the kitchen staff said there was nothing wrong with it.!! My 36th year as a chef so I found this laughable. Certainly won’t return. On a positive note the bar staff were very friendly and attentive.

The pub is situated in the village of Sheet and has a nice beer garden as well as an outdoor marquee area to sit in (plus the tables inside). They have about 6 ales on tap and a few lagers/ciders. The food is centred around burgers, pizza and salads so no Sunday roasts. We thoroughly enjoyed all our meals. The portions were just right and prices aren’t bad. Service was quick and efficient. The welcome and the service we received was very good but the food was not great, far too salty for my taste. In fact I was drinking water well into the night to compensate. My husband said that his meal was the same. The so called ‘white chocolate brownie’ was coated in brown chocolate sauce and contained the grand total of 2 white chocolate chips! Won’t be returning here again soon.

We were a family group of 12 and thoroughly enjoyed a Birthday celebration at this great English pub. The gentlemen running the pub and staff were very friendly and attentive. We had their sharing menu for large groups which showcased their Italian dishes all of which were consumed with relish. As a bonus there is a good range of beers and cider.

sat for Sunday dinner, but to say a lot to my surprise, I was disappointed! veg had no fantasies. roasted potatoes tasted as if they were reheated last weeks, not only roasted. beef amazing! but as always personal was friendly and welcoming. this experience will not stop me to come back!!! I love this place

This English pub in a charming village setting is the perfect spot. The staff and host are warm and friendly, providing excellent hospitality, delicious food, and authentic ales.
