I used to go to Dalton’s when our flight crew had LGA layovers at the Crowne Plaza and always recommended it to coworkers. Now the Crowne Plaza is closed so it is a longer walk and Dalton’s is QSL. Unfortunately, a lot has changed there. I visited at the end of August and ordered wings and two Goose IPAs. The server brought a third IPA which I hadn’t ordered and charged me for a fourth IPA which I never saw. The bill came to just over $50 which I paid since I needed to leave and was being ignored by the bartender. When I saw the credit card bill it was $71.34 which is a tad high for the 8 wings and two beers I ordered. Obviously someone manipulated the bill. I contested $20 of it from Capito...
If you have 45 minutes to an hour to spare, it might be worth stopping by for some appetizers. That's roughly how long it usually takes to receive them. It's often difficult to tell who is actually working at the bar, as it seems like one employee or another is often enjoying a drink. When I asked a staff member for help, they paused, looked down, took off their apron, and said, "Oh, I'm not on the clock." However, they didn't pass along my request to anyone else, which was quite unusual.
This is my first time at Daltons and I must say that I am very impressed. I had the Pu Pu Platter, because that's what I usually try if its my first time at a restaurant so I can sample multiple things. OMG.... AMAZING.... and what made it even better was the service. The waitress energy was great, thank you Renae. I will definitely be back and will. recommend to everyone. Its nothing like a greatly operated BLACK OWNED BUSINESS. Thank you Daltons.
I initially expected Queens Sports Lounge to be a full-fledged restaurant, but most people stayed around the bar. We ordered something to go, and it was tasty. The drinks were strong and well-made. We would have stayed longer if we could have gotten the bartender’s attention. As we were leaving, we noticed a security guard patting people down at the entrance. These days, it’s understandable to be cautious.

I had the chance to learn about Dalton's business trip to New York, and I was impressed by the restaurant's size. The food was exceptional, but the service really made an impression! Erica (not entirely sure about the spelling) was working behind the bar and made me feel so comfortable. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely return whenever I'm in the area. Food: 5/5.
I dined at Dalton's during a business trip to New York and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the restaurant. The food was outstanding, but what really made the experience memorable was the service! Erica, who was working behind the bar, treated me like a regular customer with her warm and friendly demeanor. I would absolutely return the next time I'm in the area.
The staff at Queens Sports Lounge were incredibly friendly and professional. Renee was exceptional. Our last day in NYC was made memorable by our meal at Dalton's. What a perfect way to say goodbye!

When was daltons sold? I had been coming here for over 25 years when it was originally called Joey's.
