Quesada Burritos Tacos

I visited this center on Sunday, June 24, 2023, and my experience fell short of expectations. The woman at the reception on the left was extremely rude and disrespectful. She provided us with the wrong receipt three times for our $85 payment, making errors with either our names, the doctor's name, or the amount each time, and she didn’t offer even a simple apology. When I suggested that an apology would have been warranted after we had to return multiple times, she bluntly replied with a "no!" and told us to leave. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unethical, and I really can't understand why the management of this center doesn’t address the unacceptable conduct of the receptionist...

I had an amazing time at this restaurant, which boasted a wide variety of sauces and fast service. We decided to give it a try for the first time on a busy Friday night at 7:30 PM, and I have to say, the staff member who assisted us was outstanding! Her efficiency in preparing our food was impressive, and she truly made our visit memorable. I definitely want to come back, mainly because of her excellent service. Honestly, it was a much better experience than what I've had at Chipotle. Comparing her service to my previous disappointing experiences there feels almost unfair! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

To be honest, I refrained from eating there myself and stuck to making cheese tortillas. I also advise against leaving tips, as they are not distributed fairly among the staff. There was an instance when another franchise owner came in and questioned our policy of charging for paper bags, which HR had provided for free. I really wish I still had the photo of the moldy sauce she insisted we keep serving until closing time. Please be cautious—this is truly the worst place to eat or work. I hope you see this, Ying.

This restaurant has a fantastic location that's simple to reach! The staff is friendly and efficient, offering great suggestions. My kids are huge fans of the churros. We all enjoyed the beef barbacoa and really appreciated the fresh ingredients. The prices are quite reasonable considering the portion sizes and flavors. Overall, it's an excellent place to dine! I've visited this location before and never faced this issue, but I usually go to the Maple Ridge location, which always generously fills my bowl without extra fees or any remarks about my choices. After this experience, I’m not inclined to return to this location, or if I do, it will be very rare. I take pride in being polite and soft-spoken, but the way I was treated left me feeling quite unwelcome.

The food is delicious, and the staff is exceptional! I absolutely love their bowls and tacos—they're amazing! The service is swift, and the team is always attentive, making sure that customers feel welcomed and valued. If you're hungry, I suggest getting there early!

I had a really disappointing experience at Quesada. The staff was rude and tried to charge me extra while giving me very small portions. I barely got any guacamole, but I was still charged for it. To top it all off, I found a hair in my food while I was eating.

It wasn't awful, but Much Burrito definitely has the upper hand. Their burritos are bigger, and they provide more sauce and flavor for the same price. This one fell short, even though the ingredients were decent. I likely won't be coming back. Reserva una mesa ahora

The experience can vary. Most of the time, the food is above average, which is why we continue to return. However, there have been a few instances where it felt like we were served the last remnants of the chicken pot—too dry for my taste.

The burrito and quesadilla at this restaurant are incredible. It's definitely worth a visit. The ingredients are fresh, and the atmosphere is tidy.
