This is the best burrito spot in Montreal, despite being a chain. They serve massive burritos with a great selection of options, varieties, and ingredients. The service is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly—perhaps the best I've experienced in any restaurant. All the employees are young, mostly in their late teens to early twenties, and they consistently show kindness and cheerfulness. You can really tell they enjoy what they do! Be sure to tip these wonderful young people well; they absolutely deserve it!
The portion sizes were also lacking. My burrito had almost no sour cream, smoked paprika mayo, or salsa. I could barely detect any flavors other than a slight hint of lemon and salt. The vegetables appeared very stale, as if they had hosted a party for bacteria on the wilted lettuce included in my meal.
At CAD 12.79 (before tax), this burrito was a poor excuse for a meal. If you truly appreciate Mexican cuisine, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
What started as a few bad experiences has now become a concerning pattern of disappointment. My latest order was yet another mistake—there was the wrong protein in the quesadillas, and the burrito was filled with the wrong ingredients too. After facing four consecutive errors, each one worse than the last, I've decided that I will never order from this restaurant again.
I ordered two burrito bowls for the price of one through Uber Eats, and they turned out to be quite average. They mainly consisted of rice, with very little guacamole and refried beans, and lacked flavor. I would recommend ordering from Tejano instead. Their bowls are pricier, but they are definitely worth the extra cost.

My friend Philippe had a great experience at the restaurant today. He was really impressed by the flavors of the food and felt that every dollar he spent was well worth it. He’s planning to come back for a big dinner with his friends.
The food is always outstanding! While it came to me a bit lukewarm, I fully accept that was my fault since I ordered from a distance. I’m absolutely in love with the Ghost Pepper Chicken Mole Quesadilla!
Ideal for what it offers: fresh and flavorful Tex-Mex cuisine; quick service; affordable prices; a clean and bright atmosphere; and, importantly, staff who are polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.
The burrito was excellent and quite large, with plenty of options and toppings to choose from. It’s definitely the best burrito I’ve ever had!

I eat at Bere at least once a week and I'm never disappointed. The food is delicious, the staff is polite, and the place is very clean.
Great value for the price! The quesadillas are incredibly tasty, and the portions are very generous.
