"Took my wife here for her birthday and enjoyed a thoroughly wonderful delightful meal. The restaurant is tucked away on a quiet street and has an unassuming front door. Then you step inside and you're in a very special place. The presentation of the dishes was as impressive as the flavor. Service was impeccable."

Second visit in 5 years to this starred restaurant michelin, which became our restaurant for a small pleasure to two. this kind of restaurant we can't afford every day (loin from there) but where we know that we'll enjoy every bite and discover excellent flavors. Prices have increased well in 5 years, only dinner the menu at 130 euros per person is available. it's indicated that it's a 5-course menu, but it's much more than that. It is first a journey with multiple culinary influences, a lot of japon in particular. and we had in fact 1 mouthing, 3 fish or seafood dishes, 1 meat dish, 1 transition, 3 different desserts and small sweet bites before leaving. everything is served in small quantities, perfectly presented, very refined. The waiters are very professional and at the service of the customer.Everything was really good, but special mention to the calf (which was perfectly cooked, and very well accompanied with its small vegetables and more surprising of the sweetness), to the fruity dessert (and especially to the fresh mint sorbet that accompanied it) and to the mouth to the shrimp (a powerful extraordinary taste). Always for pleasure!

A few steps from the boulevard beaumarchais, the small room in length that feathers the moon welcomes you in a modern-champion atmosphere. the tables are close enough but the discretion remains preserved and the separations of some tables are very well. The basic lunch menu is in 4 times. at each time, two plates for more pleasures and subtlety. The fish (lotte) and its risotto were beautiful then the piece of superb meat and vegetables accompanying all in lightness and freshness even if a little less than the risotto to our taste...The finish in dessert was sensational, fruit and a mint ice that will be remembered. the second small, subtle and fresh plate too. The quantities are rather moderate but for us it was sufficient and the quality also explains it.Young and attentive service without making too much.Break a true modern star and rather young
