Went there this morning to get coffee. Credit card machines weren't working properly when I went to pay. I asked the heavy set female to help me out and she proceeded to say that I have to pay with cash. I told her I don't carry cash, she said use the ATM. I told her that I don't have one on me, she said leave the coffee, started being disrespectful as hell. I asked if she would rather throw it out instead of giving it to me, since I'm there everyday, and she said yes. Maybe she doesn't realize that WAWA is a few blocks away or just doesn't care, either way, she is ignorant and disrespectful. I will not be supporting this local branch ever again. I had a very disappointing experience at this quick-service restaurant. The staff were unwelcoming and had difficulty communicating with customers. When I asked one employee for assistance with a scratched ticket, he directed me to the woman in front of me. However, when I approached her, she merely sent me to a guy in the back, who claimed to be too busy to help and said I would need to wait 20 minutes. After already waiting 10 minutes, I was frustrated to be told he couldn't assist me due to other tasks. This level of customer service is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I deserve better treatment. I certainly won’t be returning, especially given how unhelpful the morning staff were.

Eventually, the guy from the front said he didn’t have time to change the scratch-off tickets for me and asked me to wait 20 to 30 minutes. I had already waited 10 minutes, and now he was telling me he couldn't help because he had other things to do. What kind of response is that? I’m not an employee asking for a favor; I’m a customer trying to get assistance. I won’t be returning to this location, as the morning shift staff was particularly unfriendly.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at a fast-casual restaurant recently. I ordered empanadas, but the cashier seemed inexperienced. When another employee came back from a break, she apologized and mentioned the girl was new. Unfortunately, while they were preparing my order, part of it was accidentally given to another customer who had ordered the same thing. This is certainly one of the worst QuickChek experiences I've ever had. I ordered a few empanadas, but the girl at the counter never made them. When another employee returned from her break, she apologized and explained that the first girl was new. However, while they were preparing my order, they accidentally gave part of it to a customer who ordered after me. When I inquired about it, the response was simply, "sorry."

I had a really disappointing experience at Quickchek. The woman making the sandwiches seemed like she was reluctantly doing me a favor. I bought a sandwich yesterday, and it was awful. The fillings and dressing were all spilling out of the bread, making it impossible to eat. I had to throw it away. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had. Truly frustrating.

Worst for sandwich. The lady who makes the sandwich is like doing a favor. I bought a sandwich yesterday and it was disgusting. The whole filling was outside the bread. I wasn't able to eat it and had to waste it. Worst sandwich. Painful.
