If I could give no stars, I would. For starters, the food I ordered(teriyaki chicken) was completely raw. I called the restaurant multiple times just to get hung up on. When someone finally answered they had told me there was no manager there and to call the next day. When I called the next day I would continue to get hung up on. When I finally got in contact with the “assistant manager” he told me to call my bank to handle the issue and that he could not do anything about the issue due to the policy being 1-2 days after the incident. After he said this he hung up on me. This is horrible customer service as it was not my fault a manager was not on duty for almost a week, and everyone would continue to hang up the phone on me. So long story short, I spent $15 for one tray to not be able to eat it and for no one to care they served me and my child raw chicken. Not sure why this dude is “assistant manager” when he can’t solve a problem and blatantly does not care about the customer service he’s giving out.
I always order carry out, I love their chicken and beef teriyaki. I never get it with the the shrimp, one day I was feeling spicy and decided to get all 3. I don't regret however I'm not much of a seafood person. Ill just stick to my usual, my boyfriend is obsessed with their rolls and anything that has to do with this place.Kid-friendliness: My kids are picky eaters, however they love this place.
