The restaurant has a modern vibe and the staff are very welcoming. It reminds me of a prêt-a-manger, but much more affordable. The food is cooked right in front of you and there are high seats and tables to sit at. The portion sizes are quite large, and the restaurant is popular with office workers. However, since Boots started offering a meal deal, fewer people seem to be getting sandwiches here. They do have delicious paninis though! It may not be as fancy as Starbucks, but I still prefer it over Costa's. Even though it seems to have less business lately, I would still recommend giving it a try.
