I had an wonderful stay at Pullman la defense with my significant other. Right when we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the receptionists. Lindsay was very accommodating. The breakfast was great as well. I’d like to especially mention Lala Rachida. She was the highlight of our stay and made us feel especially comfortable. All of our needs were taken cared of by her. Lastly, I’d like to say thank you to everyone at Pullman La defense for making our visit in Paris so memorable. I hope to come back soon.
If you have enough of the noisy restaurants of defense and approximate dishes to the random value ratio, then you should test quinte and sense. invited by colleagues, this was a discovery is an excellent surprise. reception and service are top, dishes of high quality. We tested wok vegetable, wok calf, espadon, a gourmet coffee and an amazing lightning fruit of passion violet, and all dishes were regal. Of course, you must count € 30 for a dish, but the quality has a price.
We spent an excellent stay at the pullman hotel thanks to the attentive team of the restaurant that every morning brought us advice and attention. Thanks especially to katia who was each morning listening to our expectations and developed so much energy to please us. a big thank you also to david and came in the kitchen that cooked us every morning with wonderful omelettes. all the room staff was also very attentive and smiling.
Nous avons été agréablement surpris par ce restaurant. Nos filles étaient au concert pendant, ce temps, nous eu l'occasion de déguster un excellent repas. Les serveurs sont au petit soin avec la clientèle. Les plats sont préparés avec soin et ont chacun une touche différente. Le seul point négatif : nous avons mis pas mal de temps à trouver le restaurant car celui-ci est situé à l'étage donc on ne le voit pas à front de rue.

my boss invited me to this restaurant in a warm atmosphere, to discuss about a good lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes and the pretty presentations. the plates are properly filled either for the input or the dish. desserts are a perfect conclusion of this very good meal. to make for business meals and romantic meals.
an excellent address for a business lunch. the tables are spacious and allow exchanges at all discretion. the menu is varied ( excellent turbot) and the service is fast thanks to an original selection of cooking modes. innovation also in desserts. there is possibility to enjoy the terrace ... but less spacious
the fork fits it as one of the best and the reviews are exactterrace away from the noise in a loundgele flat atmosphere are subtle and sought after and full of flavors a little expensive but it is the price of tranquility
