You can't go wrong with the broken rice at Broken Rice. I had a great experience here, with really friendly waiters. They even helped me avoid a parking ticket when I accidentally parked in a no-stopping area in front of the restaurant. The signage was a bit confusing, as I missed the "no stopping after 3pm" sign. I also recommend trying the "com phan 2 nguoi," which is a set menu for 2 people. It includes a delicious sweet and sour soup that's perfect for cold nights, as well as the amazing caramelized fish with pork. I only got takeout this time, but I highly recommend dining in for the full experience.

4 stars from me! Pros: The food is absolutely amazing. Every time I've ordered the Broken Rice the smell is fantastic. Service is fantastic as well. Perfect English and very friendly as well. Cons: Doesn't offer AMEX as a payment method.
